Prickly Holly at the Winter Wonderland

Good morning to you all in the land of blog

Today sees the next challenge at the

Winter Wonderland

So here is what I created for my design team inspirational piece but don't forget to hop on over to the main challenge site to see the rest of the design teams gorgeous creations.

Now I thought I would move slightly away from the norm here, and have gone with  a Mo Manning image with Holly for her wings.  A simple layout with a layer of red card with the image straight on top of this.  The focus here is on the image only.

Here is a close up of the the image coloured in copics with Atyou glitter enhancements, and two layers of lovely lace from Grimsby Crafts for her underskirt.  The beautiful gem strip is a present I received from a lovely and very generous blogging buddy, but don't they work so perfectly. I placed three tiny tiny white pearls from the hobby house, coloured in R59 copic for the berries on the holly in her hair.
