Look out it is Wednesday again, which means another neb around the blog to some amazing places where some very talented people create some great stuff.
I really did chuckle at some of the comments last time, and managed to keep up and visit some more, really enjoyed the hopping.
The card I was making that you all got a snippet of last time is one post below, for those that were interested.
It is getting difficult to find new stuff to show you and could show you the newly tidied garden but decided to let you have a peek in my draws.
Crafting one's that is!!
So here we go
I could call this my paint pot, but it also has mists and glue in it.
This was suppose to be the glitter draw, but has embossing powders and crackle glaze in it also.
This is my still wrapped capsule ribbons, pearls, diamante etc draw. Due for a tidy.
Now don't laugh..................... I have not hoovered in here for at least a month. The blob in the middle is the glitter just used for my next DT card, I have really struggled not to clean this and now firmly smile and say 9/10 on the messy scale??
Finally the work top which I believe is what Julia actually asks us to show on her WOYWW day
Not much of a change, the remants of the ongoing DT card for the next challenge and the glue pen, or as my hubby Matt would probably say, "Nothing to see move along" :) The DT card should be the next post above.
Well Mr Blogger will post this for me in the morning and I will try link on the mobile at some point during the day. Hope your all well and crafting hard.
Hugs Kate xx
LOL Kate that is not messy! I have to hoover everyday as the desk is in my frontroom, I wish I could shut the door on it but it does keep me sort of organised lol lol. Thanks for the snoop in your draws. Joey.xxx
ReplyDeleteFab stuff in your drawers, great workspace !!
ReplyDeleteI may just show you the floor in my workroom next week and you'll have to fight me then for that 9/10!! well done. Why waste energy! lovely desk , fab drawers,... Jo x
ReplyDeleteI love your work desk right by a window. Mine is opposite side of the room and I look at a bare wall. Mind you, I'd never get ANYTHING done if I could look outside all the time!!!! LOL!
ReplyDeleteGood idea showing insides of your drawers(!) ... might do the same next time as my workdesk doesn't change that much either!
another non~hooverer here, i'm afraid!! don't tell my mum, will you ;0}
ReplyDeleteThanks for the look in the drawers. Lovely tidy desk.

Glad I'm not the only one with bits of paper on the floor!
ReplyDeleteI don't hoover cos its laminate all through the house, you have a really creative space thank for the snoop
ReplyDeleteI'm a non-hooverer but only cos I'm banned as the last few times I have hoovered holes in the carpet. Oops!
ReplyDeleteLove all that natural light coming in that window.
Hoovering a craft room floor is a big NO NO in this neck of the woods ... I mean it may suck up all those little embellies that I have dropped :0)
ReplyDeleteNice tidy workdesk, a craft floor always looks like that doesn't it LOL. Can't wait to see the DT piece. Tracy Evans x
ReplyDeleteLovely tidy desk area. A craft floor space always looks like that doesn't it LOL. Have a great day, Tracy Evans x
ReplyDeleteLove your work space and thanks for peek into your draws!
ReplyDeleteHere's the rifdiculpus thing about all of this - my desk gets as you know, incredibly messy..but I draw the line at the floor. Do not ask me why. I cannot explain myself. Love that you too have still wrapped ribbons. I'm not sure I buy them to use really, I just like 'em!
ReplyDeleteAh, strange about me and you - I can work with my desk ina horrible state, but the floor has to be tidied/swept..! Weird! The combos in your drawers make sense to me....and gracious, they look pretty tidy and close-able to me!!
ReplyDeleteFloor ???? oh yes the thing under all my mess lol
ReplyDeletewhat a fab area to work in I love the wedding card on your blog too - lv Liz
ReplyDeleteYour desk looks soooo tidy! Good for you :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the snoop inside your drawers. And if I don't hoover for a month, I think those iny-biny-tiny-weeny papers will eventually appear too somewhere on the floor
Have a nice evening!

ReplyDeletesorry this is late, lack of time but slowly but surely I will get there.
ReplyDeleteYour room is lovely and your drawers are full of goodies. Umm can you tell me what a hoover is?
Have a lovely weekend
Tracey
Hey Kate, I know I'm late, but I love your tidy desk. Had to laugh that you held your breath and let the glitter stay till after you took the photo. Too funny. Happy belated WOYWW.
ReplyDeleteworktop very tidy...floor...very untidy...just like mine..the floor I mean, not the desk, mine is a pit ROFL
ReplyDeleteSo I'm not the only one who needs to vacuum! Thanks so much, I feel better now!
ReplyDeletehaha, cram-it drawers! I have cram its too! This is because we are busy ladies, and also because we don't have enough freakin' drawers. Nor do we have enough paint, glue, powders to justify buying a separate storage for each component. Wait. I have figured this out. Run right out and buy way more paint, glue, embossing powder and drawers. This way you will have enough of each to fill a drawer, and the drawers to hold them all. Do this right now, I am.
