Good morning to you all in the land of blog
Before I move on I would like to thank the ladies at One Stop Craft Challenge for choosing me as one of their top three last week
and
Debbie and the team at Paper Creator's for the runner up position and prize
Today I have tried very hard, yet again to create a Clean And Simple, Less is More creation. I had a couple of challenges in mind so whilst another creation was drying this is what I came up with.
On Sunday my beloved hubby Matt, accompanied me to the Summer Crafting craft show at Doncaster Racecourse. As planned I managed to bump into my crafting buddies, which I think was more luck than anything else as on changing my phone to my new one, I had lost both of their numbers. This gorgeous Penny Black image was one I had just bought as I turned around and spotted them. Got lots of other new stash too, will point it out along the way over the next few posts.
This card is a one layer card. I stamped the My Sentiment Exactly sentiment across the middle. Placing the larger hedgie in the bottom left corner and the little bumble bee in the top right. I used my nestie to cut out some circles as templates and used the cut out piece too, well why not I thought. I used Spun Sugar distressed ink to colour around the circles and in the little circle prior to putting the larger circle slightly off tilt over it. Like the overall effect.
Here is a close up of the little hedgie
with his little pink daisy with the yellow centre and pink cheeks. The bumble bee in his normal yellow with a clear glitter sakuro pen for his little wings. The image has been coloured in copics.
I would like to welcome all my new followers and wish you all well in the 200 follower candy. I will be posting my 300 candy at the end of the current candy. For those of you that have not yet entered the 200 follower candy you can do so here, thank you to Feline for now advertising my candy too.
As always and very importantly I would like to say thank you to all my wonderful visitors who take the time to leave such inspirational comments on my blog, allowing me to hop back over to see your own beautiful work. THANK YOU!!
I would like to enter this little number into the following challenges
