Good morning to you all in the land of blog
Today is team Kate's turn to inspire you at the
and it is my turn to host the challenge and I chose the theme of
Give a Little Lift
wet or dry embossing
we have two fabulous sponsors this week, Whimsey Stamps and Sentiments 4 You so don't forget to hop over and join in the fun.
Now I use to struggle with my wet embossing until our Sam let me into a fabulous secret and now I don't get finger smudges so will be using the technique much much more.
Here is what I created to inspire you
The card is made of all white paper and I have used three different embossing folders all edges have been distressed and stickled. The image is a Penny Black little Snowy and I adore him, he is one of my favourites. The Sentiment is from My Sentiments exactly. The flowers from Wild Orchid and the local department store. The punch is a new one that I got from the Doncaster Dome Craft show.
Here is a close up of Little Snowy
who has been coloured in copics.
Now don't forget to hop over and see the other wonderful inspirational pieces from my fabulous teamies.
I would like to welcome all my new followers and wish you all well in the 200 follower candy. I will be posting my 300 candy at the end of the current candy. For those of you that have not yet entered the 200 follower candy you can do so here
As always and very importantly I would like to say thank you to all my wonderful visitors who take the time to leave such inspirational comments on my blog, allowing me to hop back over to see your own beautiful work. THANK YOU!!
Now if you are heading over to Doncaster for the Summer Crafting Show I hope to bump into you as I will be there with some other crafting buddies on the Sunday and if I don't bump into you then hope you have a great time.
