Good morning to you all in the land of blog
Today sees my return to a little normality. I have as you know taken a two month break from Stampin with the Dragon, but today I am back, although not in my full capacity but at least I am back and thrilled to be back
but before I move on I would like to thank the ladies at Inky Impressions for selecting me as one of their top three
and for the redraw at House Mouse from their blog hop as I have been selected to win
A fabulous gift from Pizazz a Plenty
thank you ladies :)
Today I get to introduce you to one of the fabulous new images just perfect for this time of year.
This is Sam the Vamp 2 and is available from the Home of the Dragons, the Dragon's Lair Designs, along with lots more fabulous pieces.
So here is what I created with this fabulous image
A spooky/eery Halloween card. The base layer is black and the contrast is bright orange and purple. The papers are Papermania mono collection. The image plate and surround is made with the smaller of the Grand Nesties. The ribbon from stash and the pearls airbrushed to perfectly match. The webbing (metal ribbon) airbrushed in black used to look like a spiders web. A little silhouette of Sam hiding under the web at the bottom left and a hand made sentiment at the top.
Here is a close up of the sentiment and the black wire mesh ribbon, which has been stretched.
and here is the image, the background has been airbrushed in purple tones, copics have been used to colour the fabulous image and I added a little clear glitter sakuro pen to the spooky tree.
I hope you like it, do please pop over to the shop to see all the other gorgeous image, papers, and all the new decoupage sheets.
Now don't forget the current challenge at
