Liquid Refreshment for those Hot Summer Days with the HM&FM DT

Good morning to you all in the land of blog

I am back with some more of my favourite critters.

Today sees the next challenge at the

but before I get into the normal information I have to SHOUT!!!!!! about our extra Celebrations, the challenge reached it's 1000 followers so the sister meeces just had to celebrate this in our usual House Mousie style, with CANDY..........................

So although we will have our super sponsors, if you enter a creation into this challenge you get the opportunity to enter the extra candy that you might find on some or all of the team blogs, how exciting :)

So thank you all for helping us to celebrate again

So back to the challenge, where the theme has been chosen this time around by little old me, and it is

Liquid Refreshment
for those Hot Summer Days

We have three fabulous Sponsors for this challenge:

One winner will get a $25 gift certificate from House-Mouse Designs

Pizzazz Aplenty
$10Gift Pkg

My Creative Classroom
One Free Class of Your Choice
wow some fabulous prizes

Here is my design team inspirational piece however please do hop over to see the rest of the teams wonderful creations.
I made an easel card.  The base layer and contrast is a pastel blue.  I have used Papermania Papers for that Sunshine feel.  The edges have been trimmed with some little shells.  The blue fronds and lemon little roses, from the local cheap shop and the main rose from Wild Orchid Crafts

The image coloured in copics with some fine sand flowersoft for the beach.
The image is from an unmounted set from Joanna Sheen called
"Drinks"

The sentiments are within the pack, I cut out the additional little sun shade, although looked high and low to buy some of the originals.
Also if you have created a HM Creation why not display it at

So onto the extra celebrations and of course I had to join in, so if you enter a creation into the challenge this time around you can click the little blue froggy and add your creation here also, to be in with a chance of winning the set that I have used for this challenge and the last :) Do remember you must be a follower of this blog and the HM Challenge blog,  to be in with a chance of winning the candy and must advertise it in your side bar.
Candy will close as the Challenge closes on the 1st July @ 5pm
I would like to thank all of my wonderful visitors who take the time to leave me such inspirational and kind comments, and this then allows me to hop on over and visit you in return.

I would like to enter this creation into the following challenges
