So Getting ready for Xmas, sort of baking, cooking, wrapping, shopping and trimming if you get the idea.
We have two fabulous sponsors this time around which you would not want to miss,
a $25 Gift Cert to Simon Says Stamp
and
a $10 Gift Cert to Sweet Stamp Store
but before I move on I need to let you know who the winner was of my House Mouse Candy, linked to our last challenge (by the way one of the images here is perfect for this week's theme)
I used Mr Random who made his choice, I then checked that this person had met all of the requirements for the hop, and she did, so here is who Mr Random drew
and that is
Susan from My Little Sanctuary
Congratulations hun, if you would like to e mail me your snail mail address, I will get your candy in the post for you.
So back to this weeks challenge, here is my design team inspirational piece, but don't forget to hop on over to the main challenge site to see the rest of the gorgeous creations by the team .
This is always one of the images I use at Christmas, it does make me laugh you see my son hates carrots :)
This is always one of the images I use at Christmas, it does make me laugh you see my son hates carrots :)
The base layer is a green pearlescent card as is the contrast, the papers are I believe from an old Prima stack. The corners have been decorated with the MS corner section of the punch around the page set. All the edges have been distressed and a little platinum stickles added. I have used small red pearls from the Hobby House for holly berries and a lovely spray of red berries all glittery to sit with the ribbon and bow, that has been twirled around the image.
Here are some close ups
The berry spray
and as always the copic coloured image, I have used Atyou Glitter pens on the red base
