Good Morning all
Well today is the first day of my week off from work, I was up early with the birds and the little bit of sunshine, my sleep pattern is still in work mode.
I decided to catch up on some cards and bits that I need to get done for family and friends, but then remembered I had my hair appointment, oh new woman expected around 3pm :) So I decided to quickly make a Xmas Tag before I went.
Here it is
I used some quite thick acetate and used the cuttlebug and large scallop nestie to cut out the tag. I then used my justrite stamps and created the circle sentiment, using my circle nesties to cut this out. I edged the sentiment in turquoise glitter and left to dry. Whilst this was drying I used some of my snowflakes clear stamps and white stazon to stamp snowflakes all over the acetate. I then glued the sentiment circle to the acetate, to create a window. I used a hole puncher to make a hole at the top and threaded some fly floss (from that show) as the tag string. I stamped out this lovely Tilda (one that Polly let me buy from her) and coloured her in with copics. I glittered up her wings with a lovely white glitter and then did the crown in some bronze. I love how the snowflakes show behind her as she peeps out.
I am entering this little tag into the following challenges
Just Magnolia Monthly Challenge - Acetate - I really should find more time to play along with these challenges and hopefully I will now.
Bah Humbug - Through the Window
