Hobby House Challenge Reminder - Anything Goes

Good morning to you all

Today I am reminding you of that fabulous current challenge at the 

Hobby House

where the theme is

ANYTHING GOES

remembering that you must use at least one product from the shop, and you must tell us in your post what that item is

So what have I created to inspire you to enter, well I went with a Valentine theme but then Valentine has sort of passed yesterday, so I hope you all got your gorgeous creations made for your loved ones

I made this with my silhoette cameo using some lovely pearlescent 12 x 12 card stock.  I added in cream a lovely Joy butterfly die from the Hobby House, and then a nestie that I got from the lovely Christine before decorating with those pearl strings, all those fabulous pearls, the ribbon, the fancy button and the little rose all from the Hobby House, click on the links to find them in the store.  The little tag as the sentiment just finished it off.  Hope you like.

Candy Winner and Oops!!!!

Morning to you all

Yesterday was my normal day for sharing with you all my love of those gorgeous products from

Wild Rose Studio

but I was a little pre occupied, so I am here with that one today, along with my candy winner.

 So here you are with the creation and this is for someone very special to me and would like to thank him for the past few days too.

I made a Valentine's card :)

 

I used the Go Kreate dies to make the card and then the two other sizes to create the black and red layers.  I added some lace under the image from Grimsby Crafts, the image plate and scallop surround is the nestie set.  I added some pearl strings, a rhinestone ribbon slider and a charm and pearls from the Hobby House before adding a selection of flowers from my stash.   The sentiment is one from MSE and is on a smaller nestie heart with scallop surround.

Amethyst with the House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge

Good morning to you all
Now as you know I decided at the beginning of the year to take a little back seat from my HM creations, however I sat quietly and coloured this lovely up over the week and yesterday created a lovely Mother's Day card with it so here I am in my "floater position" to say

okay after all that excitement you just want to see I am sure, so here it is but don't forget to hop over and see the rest of those beautiful creations to inspire you.

 

I don't have much in the line of purples in my stash, not normally a colour I favour but after a good old rummage I found quite a bit.

 So I went with Amethyst and white with a little lavendar thrown in.  The base layer is a deep purple, the papers I am sure you will recognise as I cannot remember.  I used a Marianne die I won to frame the image, a nestie I bought from my Teamie Christine, a Joy edge butterfly die, some flowers from stash and those pearls, frantage, pearl heart and pearl medallion from the Hobby House.

The bow for those that are interested, the ribbon came from Lidl, I adore their gift ribbon it holds its shape perfectly, so sits so beautifully as a triple bow.

Mother's Day Florals

Good morning to you all

As you  may know I now have a little more time, for me, and for playing, so here is an image I sat and relaxed and coloured in during the week.  I put this together quickly yesterday and so had fun

 

I think this image from 

Just Ink Lined

is suppose to be a bridal bouquet, however I think it works so well for a Mother's Day card

 

I used a deep Moss green card as the base layer and contrast and some really old papers, you know I keep diving to the bottom of my draws and finding some yummy bits.  I added a MS punched panel to hold this Lidl ribbon.  I added a Hobby House pearl medallion on the bow knot and a little made with love charm.  I added Hobby House pearls and some of their flowers, but the rest of the flowers are from my stash with the lillies from Click it 4 Crafts.  The image sits on a decorative nestie oval.

Baby Boy Gift Box

A Little Baby Boy's Gift Box using one of those gorgeous

Teddy Panels

I have added some blue flowers blue foliage (Cheery Lynn die) a little ribbon, some bling a tag and then the little charm from the local department store.

The little image is sat on a nestie circle and surrounded by the scallop circle to fit the size of the aperture.

To The Bride On Your Wedding Day

Good morning to you all

Today is my day to inspire you over at the 

Hobby House

Inspirational Blog

our theme this month for the challenge is 

Ribbon

So I decided to make a Bridal card with ribbon, not sure if I am loving this at the moment, but I am sure it will grow on me

 

I used my silhoette cameo to cut out the lady and her dress :)

 

I then created my card base and layered this up with those gorgeous papers from the Hobby House, before using my cut image as a base to creating the ribbon wedding dress.  I added one little stamp from Wild Rose Studio a little green flower and those tiny mint pearls. It did take a long time to dry between the folding but worth it I think.
