The base layer is a deep blue and the papers are by Kanban, with added ribbon and snow pearls and another sprinkling of pearls along with the banners that are in remnants of spots and stripes papers, these banners and the majority of products on the card today being from the Hobby House
Here is a close up of the image, coloured in copics, with some snowtex for the floor
