Using
I do love the blues and the white giving it that frosty feel
The base layer on this one is blue as is the contrast. I used those die-namics pierced dies to cut out the image plate and the surround and then went with that lovely frosty corner die which I used on the two corners. Before adding the two little bows, the florals and the pearls and rhinestones.

and of course the close up of the copic coloured image with stickles for the fur and sakuro clear gel star for the snowman.
