Ruby Wedding Anniversary Card for the Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge DT

Good morning to you all in the land of blog

You know I do love a Saturday morning, especially when I have absolutely nothing to do for the day, yep got myself so organised that I can have a play day cannot wait :), have a couple of crafty parcels arriving too, with some more stash in them.

Now I  best get down to business

Today sees the next fabulous challenge at the

Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge

with the theme being chosen by the very talented Janet, and she chose

Borders and Flowers

I made a Ruby Wedding Anniversary Card

The base layer and contrast is a combination of gold mirror card and burgundy pearlescent paper.  The paper on the top all though you cannot see much of it here is the Wedding Papers stack from Wild Rose.  The MS edge punch with those little hearts up the side and the tiny Hobby House gold pearls, with some Marianne fronds a lush gold ribbon and believe it or not all the flowers bar three are from Wild Orchid (they were all originally white and they have been airbrushed with R59 to varying degrees to create the tones within the flowers all touched with a little gold stickles.

The image has been wet embossed in gold, and the image is that old I really am not sure who it is by or where it came from.  The image plate has also been edged in  gold.

The inside here you can see so much more of those lovely Wild Rose Wedding papers.  The top sentiment computer generated and the other one from my My Sentiments Exactly stash.
