Spots and Stripes with the Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge DT

Today sees the next challenge at the

Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge

with the theme this week chosen by the very talented Helen, she has chosen

Spots and Stripes

but before I move on I would like to say thank you to the ladies at Craft Your Days Away for

thank you :)

so back tot he Secret Crafter Challenge, again I loved this challenge so here is what I created for my inspirational piece, but please hop over and see what the rest of the fabulous team have created for your eye candy

I have made a card for Mike and Hannah to give to the mother in law.  Not sure if you can see on this angle but I have made her boots PVC with glossy accents, they did look so cool, added this to her glasses too.

Base colour and contrast is black, with those fabulous Papermania Capsule Collection papers again.  The ribbon has been wrapped around the stripe layer and then tied into a large bow, with the ends scrolled around and under the image and flowers. Flowers in the main from Wild Orchid and the pearls from the Hobby House, with added pearl pins which have been air brushed in V12 the image plate has been over stamped and distressed with Mulled Lavender Tim Holtz distress ink and the little pearls are opal liquid pearls.

Here is the image coloured in copics, with the purple in her hair also.  Again you cannot see the glossy boots, my bad photography, they said her knickers should have been PVC too, on this occasion I think they may have been right and I will remember for next time I use this fabulous Kenny K image.
