Good Afternoon to you all
I would just like to start by saying thank you to the Design Team at Stamp Something who selected me as one of their top five this week. Thank you ladies.
Well yesterday as my MOT was not too bad - just a snapped coil spring (thank heavens I did not have an accident through it) so anyway with savings as I had put lots and lots of money aside for it. The number of miles I drive each week you expect it and my colleague has just paid out £400 so my service and MOT at £250 was wonderful.
So after the rain yesterday Matt and I took a drive to Grimsby Crafts, found a couple of new stamps cannot wait to ink them up and then we went to see Denise at Tilly's in Immingham and had a ball.
Got some lovely new stuff, so decided to try out one of the new paper stacks for this 40th Birthday card for a friend next week. Had done one card, but was not that keen on it, like this a little more but I do not think it is going on my top 10 favorite list. But it meets the need for the 40 years old the male colours and the fishing theme.
So here is the card
Will remember for the next use of the papers to mention who they are by, just a quick post today and for a change not one challenge entered.
I must be ill, OK off to play again :)
thanks for visiting me and leaving your lovely comments so that I can visit you in return
Happy Weekend Crafting
Kate xx

Lovely card Kate - what sort of new stuff did Denise have? Might have to pay her a visit, does she open on Sundays?
Fabby card Kate, I find man cards a struggled but you've totally nailed this one.
Glad your MOT wasn't too painful & you've more money to spend on nice things, wonder what they could be mmmmm lol
