Today sees the new challenge at the
but before I move on I need to let you know that the new Design Team ladies join us from today, so please give them a warm welcome. The very talented Jane has chosen this weeks theme which is
Patchwork Background
Here is my design team inspiration
The base colour and contrast is a lemon yellow, with the papers woven to form the patchwork base. On top of this is the Marianne Creatable die with the grand smallest circle, which has been distressed around the edges with the Tim Holtz mustard seed distress ink. The seat is a WOJ that has been stamped onto the image plate and the top image is a Secret Crafter Manga Image "old fashioned girl" remember that these manga images are only available at the Secret Crafter shop and do come in digital image and clear polymer. I have cut out the manga digi image and sat her on the wooden bench. The sentiment is an MSE and the flowers are from various locations - see the above page link for where I shop.
