Red and Green Must Not be seen at the Winter Wonderland

Good morning to you all in the land of blog
Today sees the beginning of the next challenge at the

Team Marianne are in the hot seat this week and the very talented Marianne herself has chosen this weeks theme of

Red and Green Must Not be Seen

With this theme I think it is really self explanatory and really  could not wait to get started, as you all know by now I just have to make a Christmas card each week so I still follow along with the challenges even though our team is not working this week

We are sponsored this week by Stitchy Bear Stamp shop

So here is what I came up with
The base colour and contrast on this card is gold mirror card, the papers are in creams and beige but sorry cannot remember the make they are quite old.  I have used the MS punch on both the back layer and the top for a layered look.  The lace ribbon is threaded with some more gold ribbon with a bow tied in the middle.

The image has been coloured with copics using the
E43, E41 E40, E53, E51, E50, E11, E00 and E000
The puffy falling snow and the fluff on their jackets is liquid appliqué

Do pop over and see what lovely inspiration Team Marianne have created for you

I would like to welcome all my new followers and hope that they enjoy my creations.  I wish all my entrants good luck in my candy, I have been struggling to comment on some sites.  If you have not already joined my celebration candy you can do so here

I would also like to thank all my lovely visitors who take the time to leave such lovely comments you all are so wonderful, thank you :)
