Wedding's With a Whiff of Joy

Good evening to you all

Today I get to show you a card that I have been working on over a few days, due to the drying time.  It is a order for Hannah for a Wedding they are attending at the end of the month.  She chose out of my many items, what she wanted on the card, some items are very old and some are new from my new purchases at the craft show.

so moving on quite quickly as I really need to relax in a hot bath today after work, so here is what I created for her

I did not create and easel as the recipients may not know how to actually stand it up.

The base layer is black as is the contrast.  The papers are some very old ones from the Hobby House as is the image which is such a shame as it is one stunning image.  The black and crystal spray is new as is the ribbon and the delicate little lace. If you look closely, go on zoom in, the edges of all the papers have been distressed and edged with my glitter glue pad and some ultra fine white glitter.  The sentiment and image plate included.  The flowers are a mixture of Wild Orchid and the local department store and the sentiment is My Sentiments Exactly.  The image plate and sentiment has been softened with Spun Sugar by Tim Holtz.

The inside contains the matching papers from the front but no glitter this time, with the personalized nestie cut sentiment too, all matching the front presentation.

I hope the recipient likes it.

I have a Wedding to attend on the same day, must get my own card done too.  My facinator arrived today and my bolero, however the dress has not as yet, will look a bit funny with out it don't you think.
