Pink Best Wishes

Good morning all
Hope you had a lovely Christmas and for those in the UK in the flooded areas, hope you are safe

Today as you know is my day to inspire you with those wonderful products from

and my inspiration today is a birthday easel card

Using
Die - Flower Frame
Papers - Peach Blossom
Sentiment - Everyday Sentiments

I cut the die twice in the pink card stock on this one, the base layer of the card was also in pink, with the papers from the Peach Blossom paper pack. I used the antique frame to create a centre focus for the sentiment and card.  I added some created roses to the bottom and for the card stopper and a little butterfly to the top right.  I added pearls and tonic drops to finish the card, very pink for me don't you think?

Don't forget I still have candy running till 8pm this evening, if you have not entered I would not want you to miss out

I would like to thank all of my wonderful visitors for all the lovely comments you leave and will be hopping over to see you shortly

Sad Farewell

Good morning to you all

I hope you had a fabulous Christmas Day.  Today as this posts, I will be preparing to cook and host the annual Christmas Boxing Day family day, expecting 9 this year.

So onto the Sad News, usually around this time of year, one takes the time to consider and put ones life into perspective and then comes the New Year and we make those resolutions.  Well I did the thinking and today I am sad to say this is my last post for

Crafty Ribbons

Ali has been fabulous and using her gorgeous products has been wonderful, but sometimes you think that there is more to life than just making cards and blogging, and my house, home and family need a little of my attention.  As a family we are looking forward to a new little bundle joining Gem at the beginning of March, which will be a handful, but then Gem is in need of some company, since the passing of Star.

So here is my last card for the design team

Have a lovely holiday break

Easter Bunny

Good morning to you all

wow interesting morning it is, moved onto Windows 10, takes a while to locate all of the items I use, so sorry I am a little late posting due to this, do hope I will get quicker at locating bits

Another thought is the fact that over the last few days I have lost 30 followers, is something going on with blogger or have I done something to upset anyone, I don't think I have

so back again to inspire you with those

Today I made an Easter card

using
Image - Easter Bunny
Papers - Annabelle
Die - Oval Frame

The card blank is a Create and Craft scallop

I used the warm yellows of Spring for this one.  I added the base layer those gorgeous papers, a double punched panel using the MS daisy punch.  Added a layer of ribbon and the scrumptious bow, before adding the image on foam pads to raise it from the card creating the depth.

The image is coloured in copics to match the papers oh and not a pearl or pearl drop in sight.

Just a reminder that I have candy in my sidebar if you have not popped over to join in this yet

Happy Birthday

Good morning to you all

back again to inspire you with those

Today I made a birthday card

Using
Die - Flower Frame

This card is made from a Create and Craft Scallop card blank and white and deep purple cardstock.  I used a layer of the purple topped with the white and then cut the die out.  I then sliced it in half at the corners to allow me to use it on the corners.  I added the matching sentiment die in the centre before decorating with tonic purple pearl drops and cosmic shimmer white pearl drops.

Crafty Ribbons

my creation today uses this ribbon

Christmas Charm Ribbon - Trees

from the Christmas Charm Range

This card has a base layer of pearlescent green and has pearls to match.  The top layer is embossed with one of my new embossing folders, and the ribbon well that was all that was needed to complete the card, as it is such fun ribbon to use and great to make bows with, my signature thing as you know.  I added a a little of the gorgeous lace available in the store too.

Bear Hugs

Good morning to you all

Back to my normal day but some more inspiration on those

I made a Mother's Day Card

Using
Die - Floral Frame
Papers - Peach Blossom
Image - Bear Hugs

The base layer on this card is pale pink, with pink contrast.  I have layered up the frame with a pink shadow, created a double heart punched edge for some bling and of course the ribbon.  I added a pink heart rhinestone flourish, some mini rhinestones and some poppy's from Wild Orchid Crafts.  The bow is made from pink organza from the range.

The image is coloured in copics and the sentiment is that old I cannot locate the packaging sorry. It is a straight sentiment but I managed to curve it around the image.

Doves in Love

Good morning to you all

back again with another of those

I made a Wedding Card

Using

I used gold mirror to create the base layer and contrast on this card, it works so well with the white linen cardstock.  I used some spellbinder ornate squares and it's matching plain square to created the twisted centre, using foam pads to raise it up from the page for depth.  I then cut out the die twice, trimmed the wings on one, and placed this on the white plaque.  I used the extra wings to add depth as if flying, before adding lots of pearls to finish.

Flower Frame

Good morning to you all

It is one of those weeks again where I can get to showcase some of those

So today I am inspiring you using some of the New Release dies

with this sweet soft card

Using

I used a create and craft scallop base card

and some lovely lilac card, thought the lilac and white went so well together.  I have shadowed the die with the lilac underneath and then framed with some tonic pearl drops before adding the bow a little heart lilac rhinestone sparkler and a white carnation.

So quick to create with this super die, I have so many more ideas for this one.
