Just for You

Good morning to you all

Today as you know by now is my day to inspire you with those gorgeous products from

Wild Rose Studio

So today I created a generic card

Using
Image - Emily Panels
Papers - Bella Papers

I started by using a scallop card blank and then selected the papers from the Bella pack.  I picked up the lemon and used the yellow as the contrast.  I added a panel using a Martha Steward edge punch.  I used the grand nesties round to die cut the panel and framed this with the matching scallop circle.  I added a lovely triple layer double bow, a little lemon blossom flower a rhinestone sparkler and a string of pearls before adding the blue pearls (can you see the one that jumped off) will sort that one now.

This is a 15cm square depth card, top opening

The colour combination is silver mirror card and white with clear rhinestones
The dies used are from Sue Wilson's gorgeous collections
I have used the spellbinders heart and matching scallop heart.

I have used three embossing folders one is the small hearts, another looks like stitches and the other the swiss dots.

I added one little carnation flower from Clickit4Crafts, some white ribbon made into a triple layer double bow, some rhinestones and a little hand made tag.

The layers are enhanced by foam tape to add depth and the little meeces were cut out and added a top all of the layers.

Slugs and Snails and puppy dog tails - that is what little boys are made of

Good morning to you all

It has been an awful wet weekend, and the sun is just starting to come out as I write this at the beginning of Sunday evening.  Today I have a card that was ordered for a new baby boy, from one of my regular purchasers. So here it is.

This is an 8" card which was presented in a depth box.

I used some of my distress inks to colour up the base panel and then used my new embossing folder that looks like knitting for the top layer.  I used my grand nestie circle and fancy circle to cut out a computer generated sentiment, I used my silhouette and some online files to create the bunting of babygro's and the little panel of rattles.  I added a string of pearls at the bottom and some lose pearls at the top and to match on the sentiment, before adding the triple layer double bow, a little blue flower, a blue rhinestone sparkler and a little cross charm.

I would like to say thank you to all of my wonderful visitors, I will be over to see you in return shortly.

Bowtastic

Good morning to you all

Today is my turn to inspire you to use those gorgeous ribbons from

now these bows were not made by me, but I showed the lady who created them how to make them and gave her some of the ribbons too.  She is a dog groomer and uses the bows to add to the finished look on her groomed dogs. So thank you Emma for your photo's and great inspiration for other ideas of how to use ribbons.

I would like to say thank you to all of my lovely visitors who take the time to leave such wonderful comments, I will be hopping over to see you soon.

A Mug of Love!!

Good morning to you all

Today as you know is my day to inspire you with some of those gorgeous products from

So today I decided to do some more home decor just to show you that you can use the dies for other things other than cards.  I have used vinyl today, that I normally use on my silhouette cameo, but it worked perfectly on the vinyl, will be doing this more often.

So using

here is my creation

I used my silhouette to cut out the paws and the sentiment which are files from the online store which I made smaller.  I added the paw prints over the red die cut heart.

I would like to say thank you to all of my visitors who leave such wonderful comments, I will be hopping over to see you soon.

Masculine 40th Birthday Card

Good morning to you all

Thought I would pop on and share with you a card that was ordered for a male 40th Birthday with football and the local football club on the requirements.

So here is the card that I made, I have found that I love this design for males, it seems to work so well.

This is a side opening A2 card which was provided in a depth box.

So the base colour is black with the grey on the top layer that has been embossed, followed by the black layered blue panels again embossed.  I located the local football club emblem and printed this out onto my white card with my grand circle nestie before adding the black scallop behind it and raised this up from the card, oops forgot to say before I did this I added the ribbon and wrapped it around the card.  No bow on this one just a knot and a little charm.  I added the sentiments that were cut on the silhouette cameo.

The ribbon again is from

I would like to say thank you to all my lovely followers for the wonderful comments you leave me, which continues to inspire me and allows me to visit you to see your fabulous work also.

Happy Birthday

Good morning to you all

Today as you all know by now is my day to inspire you using those amazing products from

I used the technique I have shown in the latest edition of Die Cutting Essentials to make this card.

This is an A2 centre step card.

I used a base card of lemonade, made by using distress inks, I then used this colour in my embossing folder to create the top layer.  I added a layer behind the die panel.  I coloured up the dies with copics.  I wrapped that lovely lemon ribbon around the centre front panel, before adding a triple layer triple depth bow with a fancy button centre, a little charm, a flower and some pearls to finish.

Products used are
Die - Rose Circle
Sentiment - Birthday Greetings

As always I would like to welcome my new followers and thank all of my wonderful visitors for their lovely and inspiring comments, I will be hopping over to see you shortly.

This is an 8" square depth card with additional leaves for signing

The base colour is purple with the white embossing on the top.  The lovely ribbon / bow, the florals and the usual embellishments.
