A Berry Merry Xmas To You

Good morning to you all

Today I am showing you another Christmas card using those wonderful products from the

I am again using a rubber stamp, one of those fabulous images by Sylvia Zet and part of the Whimsy Stamps range sold by the Hobby House.  This time I have gone with the creams and reds.
This stamp is called

So here is what I created with her
The base colour on this one is cream as are the contrasts, all the edges have been distressed with TH Walnut.  I have added a fancy round and normal round to create the layers before adding her into the mix.  I followed this with all those gorgeous things I love from the
the poinsettia (currently out of stock)
and that good old fran tage (not on the website)
along with the sprinkling of pearls.

Here is the front view

Here is the image coloured in copics with glitter on her fluffy bits and snow falling around her in the form of fran tage.

A close up of those flowers for you to today, they have been lightly dusted with Crafter's Companion gold spray glitter

Here is a close up of the image coloured in copics, with those tiny tiny pearls from the Hobby House in the centre of the flowers.

Frost Yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning to you all
Today I am showing you another Christmas card using those wonderful products from the

However this one is not a Topper, this is one of those fabulous images by Sylvia Zet and part of the Whimsy Stamps range sold by the Hobby House.  This stamp is called

So here is what I created with her
I am currently loving these papers from Grimsby Crafts by Kanban, they have that worn vintage feel to them and work so well with many projects.  Did you know that Grimsby Crafts are also now stocking the Hobby House Toppers :) which reminds me I need to pop in to pick up some more papers :)
The base layer on this one is navy blue and I have added some white snow drop ribbon, some sheer ribbon and some navy blue ribbon.  I have used my snowflake MS edge punch, my octagonal fancy nestie and also my normal octagonal nestie. A few snowflakes punched and some vivid blue rhinestones for their centres, which I won from Marianne (thanks hun)

Here is the front view
You can just see the sentiment hiding behind those snowballs

Here is the image coloured in copics with a little white glaze sakura pen for the snow falling around her.

My Rod and My Reel they comfort me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning to you all
I am writing this Saturday evening, whilst the OH is still out on his fishing match.  Quite apt really as it is his other birthday card and yes fishing related. I have had a lovely quiet day, no sunshine so just had to play in my craft room :)  So three creations later and now thought I had better put some of them into posts for the week.

So here is his birthday card
These papers are ace they came from Grimsby Crafts, just wonderful, although he said they were sea fish and not what he would catch.  Men you just cannot please them sometimes, all the trouble I go to!!

Quite a CAS card for me.  I also seem to have misplaced my grass die so attempted to create some reeds for my little fish to jump out of but love these tiny tiny rhinestones from the Hobby House as they are just perfect for bubbles.

A warm welcome to my new followers, and I would like to thank all of my wonderful visitors who take the time to leave me such inspirational and kind comments, and this then allows me to hop on over and visit you in return.
