Little Robin Redbreast - Winter Wonderland DT and some Sad News !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but before I move on I just wanted to let you all know that today is my last day as one of the DT coordinator's for the Winter Wonderland.  Well I have been with them for such a long time, and I decided that I would like some more me time and maybe something new ;)

So if you have not already popped over, there is a Design Team call running at the moment
so if you are interested do hop over and put your name in the pot.  It is a lovely DT to be on and I am so very sad to be leaving as the team are so special.

If you were expecting a large Robin on my card, it does say Little Robin, and yes this one is little :)

The base layer is cream those papers Bo Bunny I believe.  The embellishments all from the Hobby House, link in my sidebar, so that is the rhinestone sparkler, the charm, and the poinsettia and mulberry cherry blossom.  
The white ribbon on this occasion is from my own stash.

Such a Sweet Couple

The Most Wonderful Time of Year

Now we are back to Christmas Projects only so the theme is

The Most Wonderful Time of The Year

So here is my take on the theme but don't forget to hop over to the main challenge blog to check out the wonderful inspiration there for you.
Now I think of children at Christmas as it is their Most Wonderful Time of the Year, waiting for Santa so 
I decided to use one of the many Xmas Toppers from the Hobby House this one is using an Elisabeth Bell image called Christmas Eve

The base layer and contrast is a deep green and those papers are Kanban.  I added a gold poinsettia from my stash. I used the grand decorative spellbinder to frame this wonderful topper.  I added corner detail with the Holly MS corner punch and then used several of those gorgeous embellies from the Hobby House to add that final touch.  So the ribbon, large pearl medallion, charm and tiny pearls are all from the Hobby House and you can find the link in my side bar.

No Stamping Allowed!!

Using a Pre Coloured Topper from
The base layer is silver with some Bearly Mine papers I think don't quote me on that one.  I used the MS snowflake punch some denim DI by TH some little Woodware snowflake punches. A little tear drop and those lovely clear rhinestones from the Hobby House, the link is in my sidebar.
The ribbon on this one is from my stash.

Beauty and the Butterfly and Candy Winner

I made a friendship card
The base layer and contrast is kraft and the papers are white and dry embossed.  I thought this was the image would stand out and I think it does.  I added some ribbon and small pearls all from the Hobby House. The tags are made with a Woodware punch and the sentiments I believe are Woodware too.

Monochromatic with the Winter Wonderland

So here is my take on the theme but don't forget to hop over to the main challenge blog to check out the wonderful inspiration there for you.
I decided to use on of the many Xmas Toppers from the Hobby House this one is using a Mo Manning image and the topper set is called Eskimo Kisses, a lovely quick way to make a card.

But you know me I have to add all my delicious embellies
Those base layers and contrast are a deep navy blue card
The papers are Kanban, the doily, ribbon, button, twine, flower, wooden embellishment are from my stash.
I used the Hobby House Shabby Blue frantage on the wooden embellishment and the white flower and added if you can spot it one of the Hobby House Christmas charms.

I added to the topper some liquid appliqué for the snow on the ground and falling all around.
