Celebration Demonstration Day

you can see more details here

Anyway back to my post

I have been playing with some of those gorgeous new Hobby House products and created this little vintage tag.
I gave the wooden tag a quick coating of gesso and then sanded this back, before putting on my little rubber gloves and getting to grips so to speak with my copics air brush system.  I used E33 and YG95 and 93 along with a little E50 whilst spraying the tag.  I airbrushed through some stencils with the E35 (the rose stencil) and then used some stamps that Jill at the Hobby House gave me to add the text.  (I will be adding this one and some others to some candy shortly) I then had to decorate, so those all important
Hobby House Products are:
Mulberry Roses - Chocolate Heaven - Large, Medium and Small
Mulberry Cherry Blossom - Tiramisu
Hobby House Pearl Strings - just one of those gorgeous strands
Hobby House Cameo - Large Oval
and some Shabby White Fran-tage which is available in the shop and soon for the website.
and then some threads to complete :)

The photography is a little different today as it was photographed by the fabulous Steve, partner to one of my HH teamies Polly :) thank you Steve

Bella With Friend with the Wild Rose Studio Design Team

Good morning to you all in the land of blog

I had a lovely weekend, maybe because I spent Sunday at Doncaster Dome fed the fish and then spent some cash :)
I treated myself to some gorgeous bits and of course could not resist playing with some of it last night, so here is what I created.

I used the sketch from
Sketch Saturday

and one of my already coloured up images from

The image is called

Bella with Friend, such a sweet image and I love colouring it up.

I made a friendship card, sorry the angle looks like I have been drinking, I had not shame, as it was a school night lol :)
Recipe
Image - Wild Rose Studio - Bella With Friend
Papers - Wild Rose Studio - Bella Papers

The base layer and contrast is brown pearlescent paper, I used my new grand nestie fancy oval the smallest one and matched this with a MS edge punch.  I added some new lace it had the same shaping.  I added the nestie ribbon/banner with a Woodware sentiment, some stars from some dies I have had for ages and don't use much.  They did not look quite right all in the brown so I used my new fran-tage to colour up the middle.  I then finished off with those gorgeous pearls from the Hobby House.

Here is a close up of the image coloured in copics
